Who We Are: Nordo is part of Ripple Productions, a 501(c)3 non-profit arts organization. With a commitment to new and innovative storytelling, Ripple Productions seeks to push the boundaries of innovation by integrating the performing, culinary, and visual arts.
History: In 2009, Ripple Productions created Nordo with the goal of reinventing the theatrical experience into one that was immersive, daring, and most importantly integrated food and service. Over five years we produced seven original productions that incorporated the history, mythology, politics and science of food and paired them with five course meals designed to help tell the story. Due to the success of these productions, we were able to open The Culinarium at Nordo, a venue dedicated to the intersection of food and art, in April of 2015.
